Banana Berry Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana (freeze night before)
- 1 Tablespoon nuts/seeds (ie. cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds or pepitas)
- ⅓ avocado
- 1 cup filtered water (⅔ cup for thicker consistency)
I recommend using organic produce, where possible
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Blitz until combined.
- Enjoy!
