Banana Berry Smoothie

Banana Berry Smoothie

Serves: 1 Total Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana (freeze night before)
  • 1 Tablespoon nuts/seeds (ie. cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds or pepitas)
  • ⅓ avocado
  • 1 cup filtered water (⅔ cup for thicker consistency) 

I recommend using organic produce, where possible

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blitz until combined.
  3. Enjoy!
