Blueberry, Date and Vanilla Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla essence (ie. Queen)
- 2 soft medjool dates, pitted (room temperature works best)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- ⅓ avocado
- 1 cup filtered water
I recommend using organic produce, where possible
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Blitz until combined (make sure dates are well blitzed before serving).
- Enjoy!
