Lemon and Ginger Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 3-4 thin slices of fresh ginger root
  • Boiling water

PREPARATION

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a mug and add ginger slices.
  2. Add boiling water.
  3. Allow to brew for 2-5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy this vitamin- and antioxidant-rich drink. A good immune system booster.
