Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
Serves: 1 | Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ banana, frozen* (or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla essence
- ⅓ cup coconut milk (ie. TCC brand)
- ⅔-1 cup filtered water
- 2 Tablespoons hydrolysed grass-fed gelatin (ie. Great Lakes) (optional)
I recommend using organic produce, where possible
* For another variation, swap banana for ½ cup frozen mango pieces.
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Blitz until combined (make sure dates are well blitzed before serving).
- Enjoy!
