Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

Serves: 1 Total Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅔ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana, frozen* (or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla essence
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk (ie. TCC brand)
  • ⅔-1 cup filtered water
  • 2 Tablespoons hydrolysed grass-fed gelatin (ie. Great Lakes) (optional)

I recommend using organic produce, where possible

* For another variation, swap banana for ½ cup frozen mango pieces.

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blitz until combined (make sure dates are well blitzed before serving).
  3. Enjoy!
